Ledgestone

I give Ledgestone 3 stars only because I had them for at least 10 years and had a great relationship then all of the sudden they raised their auto rates significantly on me about 3 years ago. I inquired and gave them the chance to keep our auto, home and umbrella policies. State Farm won and continues to be interested in keeping my business. I was disappointed to have to part ways but that's business I guess. I still think Don is great. Not as impressed with whoever I dealt with in his firm that didn't value my business as much as he always did.

I have an auto policy with Ledgestone and have had nothing but positive experiences with Don and the rest of the staff. Their emphasis on customer service and providing the best coverage/price combination to their clients is outstanding. They are very helpful and make insurance easy to understand. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking a quality product and service!
