Jamesetta Porter - State Farm Insurance Agent

Jamesetta has been my agent for a few years and I recently had to make some policy changes. I called her office 15 minutes before closing and she was on another call, but she immediately called me back. She answered all my questions and she was very knowledgeable. We spoke for 30 minutes after hours and she went over everything with me and never once did I feel rushed. She also got me an even better quote than the one I had received. And I tell you what if you’re looking for somebody that has your best interest and will always look out for you and try to save you as much as she possibly can then THIS is who you want hands-down! Not only did they take care of EVERYTHING for me, but the ladies there walked me through everything because I had never had that happen before. I always call into State Farm to make my monthly payment , and I usually get a very efficient young lady named Nilija. She is very kind and knowledgeable with any concerns or questions I have. We have been State Farm clients for lots of years, and we have been very pleased with their service.
