The Best! Anytime you go into this office they make you feel that you matter. They are always willing to go above and beyond to try and help out. The girls up front are amazing and always greet you with a smile. My one complaint is that when I call, I always get someone in a different office and have to be transferred around to the office I do business with. Overall, a great place to do business!

The Wilkesboro office is top notch. Great customer service, prompt and professional, yet still a down home feel to every transaction. The only complaint is when I call, I don’t always get the local office. I prefer to talk with the folks in our home town. I feel they are more in touch with the needs of Wilkes County residents. I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends and family!
