Autumn Shepherd was one of the worst agents I ever worked with. To start off, she never picks up her phone or replies to text messages in a timely fashion. She takes 3 to 4 days to reply back to you, and that left me asking more questions to Caliber Collison than to my own insurance company. She then messed up my claim by sending them the wrong information by telling Caliber Collision I had problems with the undercarriage of my car. When I clearly sent her the police report and confirmed with her that it was a broken passenger window from my car being broken into. This caused me to have to wait another week for Caliber Collision to get my car fixed. I called multiple agencies and even went to my current agency in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
