Law Enforcement Health Benefits

Called to discuss my son’s medical options and was met with disrespect as the female operator was combative and argumentative.

The people there are Awesome! The counselors are Amazing and they also have a medical center and gym. Of course you have to be affiliated with LEHB to attend, which is a plus to have a medical team dedicated to Law enforcement and their families.

If you live outside of the city of Philadelphia BEWARE. LEHB has a list of (in network doctors) that they fail to update, therefore for any dentist or doctors, when making appointment should be asked specifically if they are still in network or you will wind up talking to a very arrogant lady who will tell you " just because they're on our list doesn't mean they should be". The moral of the story is, don't trust LEHB to be accurate with web list and if you ever need correct information please call ( and deal with ignorance) cause the website is outdated. Just another day of dealing with IN CITY SHANANGANS.

I am extremely dissatisfied with LEHB, I told my INSURANCE company what happened to me and they seemed to take the OVER PRICED dentist word over mine., I’ve been a 35 yr Veteran and this is/was RIDICULOUS.. A extremely DISSATISFIED Insurer..
