Lauren and her team do an incredible job of caring for their clients and making them feel comfortable. They answer the phone (which in itself is an incredible thing in today's world) and do absolutely everything they can to help. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional while also being friendly and caring. They deal with folks having bad days with compassion and understanding. I had allstate auto insurance for around 7 years. Everything was fine until I switched vehicles. I called them to let them know and a month later, I received a charge for not only my new vehicle but for my old one as well. I called them and had them fix it. They said it was a system error. Instead of refunding me my money, they just added it as a credit to my account. Come next month, THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR BOTH VEHICLES and didn't use the credit that was already in my account to cover any of it. It took me 4-5 months of calling them every 2 weeks trying to get it figured out. Everytime I called them, we had to run through 20 minutes of me explaining everything, them arguing with me, and then finally them figuring out how they were wrong. Not arguing in a mean way, just telling me that
