I called to get insurance for my business and spoke with Ms. Patt. She was condescending and dismissive throughout the call. I was told I’d hear back from her after me providing information. Very poor customer service for a simple inquiry.

The people here are very lovely! I am very new to the realm of insurance and the ladies I talked to today were helpful and informative. I do not recall the name of the receptionist I talked with who took my information, but I was extremely grateful for how patient she was with me. The agent I worked with was Miss Patricia Hughes, and she was delightful! She had given me some quotes, but told me to contact another agent just in case they could provide me a better deal as I am a college student and money is not something I have a lot of! Great service and great people!

Mr. George Lockett, Jr. assisted me with my coverage needs. He was very knowledgeable of the products most appropriate for my family and got us taken care of. I highly recommend George and commend him for the professional and astute manner in which he represents Hundley Batts & Associates.

Mrs. Hughes at Hundley Batts & Associates Insurance Agency was an absolute gem. I was in need of new insurance and did not know where to start. She took her time in explaining my options and answered all of my questions and concerns , she was even able to get me a cheaper policy which was a huge help. Mrs. Hughes was so kind and patient and gave me time to make my decision. Because of that, I did not feel rushed to make a decision and was very informed about what I was receiving before making the decision! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much!
