Steven and Laura were fantastic. Having been a homeowner for 13 years, I can honestly say this had been the best experience I’ve had with a homeowners insurance company. Our policy was more thorough, we are receiving better coverage, and we are saving over a thousand dollars (annually) over our past policy. On top of that, the friendliness, personal service element, and diligent follow up was commendable (and is becoming more and more rare in our society). I NEVER SAT ON HOLD. The agents respected my time, and every question I had was answered.

It was difficult to leave after 28 years however working with Steven I was able to validate that my needs were changing and so did my insurance coverage. Laura is by far the best insurance agent I've ever had. She's been a calm voice no matter the situation. She provided excellent advice to my 3 kids when they've had accidents... well 2 of them. She's like having another parent when it is needed most!
