We recently switched to Jodi at State Farm after having ongoing issues with our previous agent, and I am so grateful we made the change. From the very first call, Jodi jumped in and took care of everything. She seamlessly transferred all of our accounts, resolved the problems we had been dealing with, and made the entire process completely stress free. Her communication is outstanding. She keeps us informed, responds quickly, and truly makes us feel taken care of. Jodi and her team are professional, efficient, and genuinely care about their clients.
