Latitude Insurance

Before you ever start a claim or call, get a private estimate first! I did not know this! I've never spoken to an actual agent. Patricia is nice but not an agent. She gave me bad advice and should have told me to get a private estimate for my wind damage before any formal claim was filed. Because they misled me I now have a zero dollar claim on my permanent record; then Latitude has used this negative entry for the past two years to INCREASE my rates based on this claim. I just found out when I was told by other insurance carriers while shopping for a new insurance company this is affecting every quote I get. The increases from Latitude in my premium were huge due to this zero claim. Other carriers told me this is a very typical predatory tactic so the insurance company has leverage t

The older woman in the front desk is incredibly rude. I will say I speak a little fast and I was talking about non standard insurance, a term she for sure knows, and she asked 3 times I don’t understand you and the last one time she kept saying I still don’t understand you. I keep asking questions wondering if she will keep talking with a bad attitude and bad energy. She did and when I finished and turned around to leave the office, she took a breath of frustration. I would like to think she was having a bad day, but it was not that. She is just that type of person. I am going around offering a type of service, and I completely I understand when someone does not need my services, but there is no need to be rude. It’s funny their name is San Juans and she dislikes accents so much.

Patty is SO good at her job. Give this woman a raise!

Waited all day for a quote for our pickup.finally went in in person and by the time they got it done dmv was closed for weekend. Not a happy camper.
