I had separate business with Mr. Hancock, where he charged me double and disregarded my concerns. My guess is that he would carry the same traits into his insurance practice. If you’re about to make a decision with your money, and Mr. Hancock, I would double check the fine print. This cost me dearly in another business transaction. Good luck!

State Farm canceled our policy after I asked them to look at my roof and called them regarding vandalism to my property. The roof was fine over reaction from Property Management, police wouldn't take report, so no pay out from State Farm, on vandalism.. So basically as long as they never have to do anything, everything's great. State Farm canceling policy has put us in a horrible position. State Farm didn't pay out one penny to us and canceled our policy. We have 6 policy's with them and this is what they did to us. The office won't call back left us in limbo. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The minute something goes wrong they leave you hanging.

Julie and the whole team go above and beyond what they have to do. On more than one occasion Julie made an extra effort to make sure I was taken care of. I never get bad results when I use Adam Hancock's office
