Larry Shifflett: Allstate Insurance

I was a customer of this office for nearly 20 years. Over time, my insurance premium increased to over $1,000 per month, so I obtained several comparable (“apples to apples”) quotes. Four other providers came in at more than 50% less, so I canceled my policy and moved on without issue. Recently, I received a text from a collection agency stating I owed $92. I paid the balance immediately; however, I was never provided a bill from Allstate prior to the account being sent to collections. I would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve the balance before it reached that point. Given my long history as a customer, this was a disappointing way to handle a relatively small outstanding amount.

Possibly the best experience i have ever had coordinating with an Insurance Company. Larry provided a personal and professional service. I honestly felt like I was his most important client.

I've been a customer for over 25 years and there are two reasons. One is the best rates. Two is the excellent customer service. There's always a friendly greeting by phone or an in office visit. Hats off !!!! to Jamie and Heather who quickly resolved an insurance change in policy and were able to provide the Best Rate !! All of vehicles and my home are insured thru their office because I know they have my best interests as a priority. Thank you Larry, Heather and Jamie
