My semi truck was in the shop for three months. My truck was stolen five weeks later after I got it out the shop Larry press has denied my claim claim that I didn’t have a parking spot for the truck initially how can you have a parking spot for your truck if your truck is in the shop for three months? he comes across as he has your best interest, and all he does is smell in your face and lies. It’s not a good person at all. He claims to be a Christian do not go for his BS report him to everyone that you know my truck that was stolen was also on Bronx news 12 so he asked me a question and he says well where were you truck parking your truck I said the truck was in the shop. He said no no you have to tell me where were you park in the truck I said the truck was in the shop. I said it was on

I had my vehicle appraised here, and the offer was an absolute joke. They lowballed me so hard it was almost insulting—way below market value and even less than what dealerships are offering. It was clear they either didn’t do their research or were hoping I’d be desperate enough to take the deal. Complete waste of time. If you’re looking for a fair and honest appraisal, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Larry press is an undignified, unprofessional business owner I wish I had never had to work with in a transfer. He is rude, vulgar, lying “business “ person that no one should be subjected to ever deal with. Not only does he take no accountability for anything, he prefers to blame everyone else, particularly, the unfortunate customer . I would strongly advise anyone to do their research prior to dealing with this “ man”!

Customer service? Horrible? Possibly? I wasn’t contacted during or after an inspection (waited 10 days). I could hear frustration when asking for my claim number and as the phone was placed down to grab my information I could hear the service rep mocking me, “do you have this, do you have that”. Maybe she has a bad day since I simply asked one question of information I was entitled to.

Absolutely terrible. Rude people who don’t even take the time or have the patience to explain the situation to those who don’t understand. Invest in some customer service courses.
