I have been shopping around for new insurance for a while now, Dominick has reviewed my policies several times and kept me file and followed up with me. Last month he was able to find me better and cheaper insurance for both my car and homeowners policies. He was patient and kind and very understanding, I would recommend Dominick and this office any and every day !!

Completely unprofessional. Took nearly 9 months to get a hold of the agency that took over my account. I still can't see my bill. if a payment fails, is late, or a few Pennie's short, they charge a late fee (for my account I cannot see). And a late fee, for the late fee, on my account I can't see. Their peers from another office called me frantic to pay my bill or my insurance would be canceled. My account said current and 0 due when I logged in. They refused to send a bill, but did take my credit card! Still have not sent a single billing statement. But they promise a rate decrease next year! Capitalism at its worst. I would recommend paying more initially, but not playing State Farm's late fee dance and hide the bill (up yours) game.
