My roofer Mark Michel of Raptor Roofing recommended that I use Erie insurance. Because of the advertising of Landers Insurance Agency, I knew it represented Erie insurance policies. I spoke with my helpful and informative friend Sandy Finney there. Sandy thereafter referred me to Dylan Croasdale, who orchestrates Personal Lines Sales and Service at Landers. Dylan provided exceptional service. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive in constructing the policy I wanted. He explained various insurance terms and options to me. It was a pleasure to deal with Landers Insurance Agency and Dylan Croasdale in particular.

Dylan Croasdale is our agent and he did a great job getting our policies in place. We relocated to Tennessee from Houston, TX. Dylan was quick to respond to questions and often answered my questions before I knew I wanted to ask them! (You know what I mean.) We have auto and home insurance with Landers and will use them again!
