Chris Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

Chris was so professional and kind and helped me with my phone. Everyone in the office at the time I was there were so friendly, I had a baby with me and he was very fussy, one of the agents went and found him a ball to play with. I am happy to be a customer of State Farm.

Chris Jones, Dana and Jacob were amazing during my nightmare (tornado damage). They were professional but more importantly they were kind, patient and caring. The stress of it all brought out an emotional mess in me. I even received a personal phone call from my agent Chris Jones. He was comforting and genuinely concerned. I am proud to be a long standing customer of State Farm since 1975! They have never let me down, like a Good Neighbor.
