I am very satisfied with the service he provided. He is very thorough with my insurance policy. Lance made sure I understood everything and why it's important to have them. He never pressured my into upgrading my insurance. At the end of the appointment I ended up adding on a few things to my policy that I know that would benefit me in the future.
