I want to share my experience with my new agent, Christopher Romento. He was fantastic and has made a significant positive impact on my coverage and finances. I was paying over $150 with Progressive, but after switching to Allstate, I was able to keep everything in my original plan with Progressive while saving $80. It felt like I was paying two car payments with Progressive, but now I have peace of mind knowing I’m still protected and my finances are better managed. About 10 months ago, I switched from Geico to Allstate and have been enjoying my vehicle and renters insurance coverage. The agents in this office genuinely want to help you. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable information to get the best coverage possible. I recommend this office particularly to all my ‘ohana & friends for their insurance needs because I know they’ll be taken cared of and aloha is felt.

Had a hard time finding the office. Reaching a live agent is difficult at best. Was called back after leaving msg. Successful in getting my suspended auto ins reinstated, but the agent I spoke to could not explain to my satisfaction the difference in premium that they were charging. Waiting on a supervisor to call me back and hopefully be able to break it down in a way that clearly shows what I am paying for and where the increase is coming from.

The staff has so much aloha and are really personable. It was easy to add a vehicle to my policy. I appreciate that they are knowledgeable with my questions and they help me save me money.

Everyone's so nice. I was paying so much with Geico but they were able to give me the same for a more reasonable cost. As a single parent who also cares for parents, especially in Hawaii, it's very meaningful. Plus it's nice to be able to contact an agent nearby when needed instead of someone on the mainland. I recently got a copy of my insurance cards same day without issues. All info is upfront and mailed to me as well as online. I was initially afraid because theres always talk of shady insurance people but so far there hasnt been any hidden fees or lapses. Mahalo.
