Ed Kuehn came to my rental apartment, which had been flooded recently, and was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. He would not look me in the eye and would turn or walk away whenever I asked him a question. He refused to provide his last name. Even though he was working on behalf of the landlord, there is no excuse for this sort of nasty and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend him or this firm.
Unprofessional. Never doing business again with them.
