Allstate Insurance: Todd Seesman

Sarah at AllState was extremely helpful in helping me figure out how to use drive wise in order to get money off from my car insurance every month. She was very kind and honest and great to work with. Will definitely be sticking with AllState.

Had my car and home insurance with Allstate for a few years. Never had an accident, my policy went up. Called them last year, and they blamed car part’s prices went up after covid, but my car value went down. This year I changed to another insurance provider, better coverage, better price, and when I called my Allstate agent, they gave me a hard time to cancel my insurance policy, talking bad about the other providers, but in fact, they are the bad ones. I am the policy owner, I have the right to start, modify and CANCEL my policy anytime I want. They are fast and very helpful to get your money, but when you need to cancel, they have all the excuses. Great customer service!! And isn't this what you want most, even as much as good rates? Todd's assistant Sarah helped me in two recent quick-turn requests (home and auto insurance binders) that kept the process going smoothly. It's amazing how quick and friendly she was! Coming from another unresponsive agent's office (no longer active) where I had almost lost all hope, Sarah and Todd's office have now restored my faith in Allstate and kept me on board.

I just had a substantial claim when a tree came down and wreaked part of my fence and damaged my generator. I couldn't be happier with the way Allstate handled the claim. It was easy to file online. Their claims adjuster contacted me very quickly and called me every few days while I got the estimates for the tree removal, fence repair and generator repair. Within an hour of my submitting the final estimate they deposited the full amount sans deductible into my bank account.

I have been using Todd Seesman Allstate for over 6 years and can’t say enough great things about the team and the level of customer service they provide. I recently had to renew my auto insurance, add a new vehicle and deal with a windshield claim. Sarah Dailey stepped up and delivered world class customer service. Her communication was clear, accurate and she spent the time to walk me thru all the details. Most places treat you like a number but I genuinely look forward to the annual statements as I am reminded how lucky I am to have such a great insurance support team working for and with me.
