Terrible experience. I went in person to obtain a commercial insurance policy and was assisted by Barbara. She told me the owner was unavailable because her daughter was giving birth and that nothing could be processed or finalized without the owner’s approval, so I was asked to leave and wait for a callback. When I called the next day, neither Barbara nor the owner was in the office. The person I spoke with said she couldn’t help me. I called again the following day Barbara was still out of the office, and once again, no assistance was provided. At this point, I had no response, no follow-up, and no insurance. A few days later, I called one last time, and Barbara gave yet another excuse this time stating the owner was present but her husband was hospitalized. Overall, this was an extr

Very friendly staff, I've been doing my tag renewal and also getting the lowest Insurance policy rates for years from lakes Insurance and I can't complain I'll always go their first, they are really fast, you'll be in and out within a few minutes. Great service.....
