L.A. Riverside Brokerage - Bronx

My experience in LA Riverside was not good. I recall at least 3 times when they overcharged me while I was renewing my policy. At first, I used to go to the office to renew my policy, and when the process was almost done, they came with an extra charge. When I asked for an explanation, they didn't give me any. I paid this strange charge twice because the time to renew is relatively short and in addition, they take several days to give my new insurance before it expired. Trying to avoid changing brokers, I started doing the whole process online and by phone, everything was fine for a few years. Until 2024, they came back with a new extra charge. They said that I owed money to another broker after being around 6 years in this company. I asked LA Riverside to give me some proof of that charge

Very bad experience, the Agent she was Rushing Me and when I asked any question she ignored me and just keep talking with attitude to finish the call with me even I was very respectful and nice with her . If I can give 0 star 🌟 I will.

I have my corporation insurances here and these ladies are a dream to work with. Quick to reply to emails, very helpful with accidents, and best of all they call to check up on me. As busy as I am I appreciate the reminders and attention to detail. I have been using them for 5 years and plan to continue using them. The general manager is great and the owner comes through on a regular basis and is very accessible which I love. Great place for insurance.

I give 5 star based on my experience with LA RIVERSIDE . I have to say nothing was ever so simple and easy when it comes to insurance customers service as they do. The staff here in the Bronx are friendly and very professional. You just bring your paperwork and they do the rest. They really good at finding the best price on the market, and if you have any issue they always there for you. What I like the most is that they never gave me an attitude when I ask questions.

The Team is very lenient and have a lot of options and Experience if you ever needed them, other places don’t care, but the team at LA RIVER SIDE IS A MUST!!!
