Iv been going through la insurance for a couple of years now and just purchased a new vehicle. Not sure which lady it is, she had an attitude with my husband and transferred my husband to the incorrect location for our insurance and then my husband had to call her back and she said she's not helping us its time for her to get off work. Like lady you made us go to the wrong place and now you can't help us because of your mistake. Time to look else were.

The worst EVER! Tried getting insurance with them when I bought my car. I left so many marriages and I never got a reply! Then tried to go there to get insurance and it was the worst, most frustrating experience! Even with google maps showing and telling me where to go, I couldn't find it! I drove around so many times and I meet trying to call them but no one ever helped

Employees were helpful and nice but getting a good price on insurance wasn't great , they quoted me over $500 a month for full coverage for dairyland car insurance, I left and contacted dairyland myself and I got full coverage for $280 a month.
