Michelle is such a phenomenal agent! We trust her with our home and auto policies, she also put us in touch with a life insurance agent, she was great too, but Michelle is truly a one of a kind agent, personable, patient and reliable, occasionally she might run into a question we have that she has not come across, instead of giving a unreasonable response, she will look into it and return my call or email me, thanks Michelle for all you wonderful work!

For years, our rates have increased much faster than inflation. I've complained multiple times with nothing to offer. This year, I gave up. I went with another company, and asked Allstate to refund my unused insurance. They said they would do that, but it never happened.

Kyle was my wife's insurance agent when I was added to her auto insurance. After a couple of years the price became ridiculous and we opted to change to my old provider for similar coverage at almost half the cost. After several emails to Kyle to cancel we were still pre-charged our renewal and I had to call in and work with one of the team members to get our policy cancelled. I'm told Kyle was around so I must have been ignored, even with explicitly asking if we needed to do anything else AND my wife (the original account holder) calling in to ask to cancel our auto insurance and talking to Kyle. Poor customer service.
