I've been using Roy Potter insurance for 15 + years and have worked with a few agents. Since 2014 Sarah Olsen (formally Lane) has been incredibly helpful, reliable, and friendly. Great customer service at Potter Insurance!

I have been with Potter Insurance since 2000. I've worked with a few different agents over the years. All my agents, and currently Sarah Lane, have been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. I have appreciated their thoroughness and excellent follow-through on questions requiring further research. They have been incredibly supportive and helpful when I've needed someone to reach out to for advice when an accident or theft has occurred. It seems like there is a small number of companies you represent and I've wondered how they were chosen. And although my policy would be the best option among those, I've wondered if there might be better policies outside of those you carry. However, I've valued your expertise and service so much that I haven't explored further
