Recently switched homeowner insurance, and agents. Teresa made it INCREDIBLY easy, and truly took time to listen to our needs and concerns. Bundled car and home and saved so much compared to other insurance companies. Very happy with this agency!

Everyone in Kyle's office is terrific! I work a lot withTeresa, who is wonderful, and each of the other folks treat me like I'm Norm from Cheers. They truly care about their clients. And I've received quotes from several other insurers, but the haven't been able to beat my rates!

Do not do business with this company. Someone hit me, they did not fault me for the accident, but then cancelled my policy without notifying me. Good thing I didn't find out by getting pulled over, but they were still charging me. Ended up owing me a check that they supposedly Sent back in August. When I called to complain I was told, "There was a lot of confusion, that policy doesn't even exist." Then why was my account being charged? No explanation. New quote was twice the amount I was paying before for full coverage. I had never filed a claim before so I had a very long driving history. I believe that's why my policy was cancelled. I requested for them to send the check again and they didn't even have my address on file.
