(Awesome people to do business with along side awesome insurance.) Was until I actually got into an accident and AFR dropped me like a bad habit and the adjuster treated me like I was the enemy and my insurance quote went from 300 every 6 months to 1,800 every 6 months through progressive. If I hadn't called to see what my next payment was, I would have been blindsided. My father and I paid for insurance through this company for YEARS. And now this, loyalty was misplaced.

The lady that does the insurance is one of the BEST when it comes to customer service. She knows wat she is doin for sure. It doesn't take her long at all to get u back up n on ur feet..She's Always Ben Very Nice n Helpful. She searches for the best coverage n goes over everything with u.

We seemed to be getting the run around with an agency in Durant who after a week still hadn't given us a quote, and caused us to move our closing date! Someone suggested we try Greg Clement. I called just before noon, and had a quote by 3pm. Fantastic service! So glad we called!

I called two weeks ago all I did was tell her what happened and what was wrong the adjuster called the same day and we have already been paid for our claim. Couldn't ask for faster service
