Would give 0 stars if I could. In my 10 years with filing death claims, this is the absolute worst company I have every had to deal with. Family is still trying to get things settled from a claim started in July. Its impossible to get through to the agent you are working with. Hold times are ridiculous. No one returns calls or knows anything when you call and emails take days to be received and paperwork processed. Do not use this company for funeral insurance.

Terrible service, customer service is a joke. I've been trying to secure a loan on my life insurance policy. Should be no big deal right? Yeah well not through this terrible company. Process started late May , its now early Sept. , with no check in sight. They said they sent remailed?? . Did they cancel the first, send the same , where is the 1st check at? Can't get any answers , requested supervisor , nope can't get a reply. Tried to respond to email. Nope encryption error . What a lousy service . AVOID!! I'm cancelling my policy ASAP!

Jamie contacted me by phone informing me of the opportunity to receive a better interest rate on my investments. She took her time to walk me through the information and patiently answered my questions. After a few phone conversations we completed forms and finalized the paperwork.
