It all started with a State Farm Duck. I walked out and found a duck that had been left on my Jeep with Kristin’s business card. I was so excited to finally get a duck 🐥 I decided one day to call and speak with Kristin to see what she had to offer me. As we talked about my coverage it was clear that I needed to update my coverage on a policy. Kristin is excellent with explaining coverage and what coverage would cover the other vehicles and the coverage to protect my own. Kristin quoted what State Farm insurance would cost me and I was sold. She saved me considerable amount of money while adding more coverage for everyone’s vehicle. I absolutely love Kristen and her team. Usually insurance agents are so cold and just want your money, but these ladies truly care about your needs before anything happens. Therefore I am confident that if I should even truly need help they will be there every step of the way. The office is beautiful and welcoming. For example, as soon as you walk in a simple kind gesture of a bottle of water is offered every time.

I’ve been with State Farm for almost 5 years now and I absolutely would not go thru any other company and the Mayfield, Ky office is 100% the best, They are one of the few that still put their customers first with their “home town” values!
