Kentucky Farm Bureau Regional Claims Office

Filed a claim in Feb after ice storm. Roof leaked and house was flooded. 3 adjusters came out and said roof was in great shape. They refused to pay for roof but will pay for inside damage. Here it is June 2021 and they still have not settled. If claim is not in the computer system on how to figured damage they have no clue. This is the generation of computers . Old school contractors can give estimates on paper with a pen at the time of appointment. These employees need to be under an apprenticeship for 6 plus years home building and remodeling to understand claims and what it takes to fix damage. Now with covid19 prices on building material's have trippled and homeowners will have to pay more out of pocket to get the job done. Worst experience ever with a claim. I've never been late

I highly recommend Ky Farm Bureau Insurance. I've had 2 seperate claims (within 2 weeks of each other) and they offered platinum service both times. No hassle, no disputing, no trying to wiggle out of their obligations but rather straight-forward, iron clad customer service!!! Ive also heard of many others with such stories. Some were in my own family.

Not bad, the people in the front office could smile more. It dont hurt to be friendly. My adjuster was great, no issues.
