This team is always quick to get back to me when I have questions. I've been with them for almost 8 years after transferring from out of state. I've only had to use coverage maybe twice in the last 40 yrs- both quick and easy submissions.

Working extensively with Kathryn Lauritzen at this office. I received phenominal.. support, knowledge, and patience with an uplifting can-do attitude from Kathryn. Im not an easy client. Multiple unnique properties and vehicles.....and questions! Kathryn handled everything i threw at her with patience, good humor (needed in dealing with me) and expertise. Kathryn Lauritzen was awesome to work with on getting renters insurance. Knowledgeable, professional and with a great sense of humor.

Horrible customer service. Any time we needed a change to our policies, for example adding and deleting drivers, it never happened and we always got the run around. There were several calls where we were made to feel like we were always in the wrong, and in one instance Kristi actually got mad and hung up on us. Definitely not the way to treat your customers.
