Just as other people have said, once you cancel the policy with them, they would make it difficult on you. I had been back and forth with the people at this company without a clear answer and they just said i am no longer their customer, meaning they dont care. Just be careful when you have to cancel your policy with them

Hunter is our agent and he has been such a great help. Hunter took the time to explain everything my policy covered and saved us money however he could. I ended up getting a different car and added it to my policy and Hunter still took the time to review the edits I made ensuring everything looked good. He also sent off the policy request to my bank, so so helpful. Definitely recommend!

While doing a change of agent, I had the pleasure of speaking with Virginia! She was very personable, called my company to verify all the steps and forms we’d need. She also was nice enough just to listen as to why I needed a new agent and what I was trying to do moving forward with a homeowners grant! She was so knowledgeable about it all and I’m very thankful for her expertise in how I could save on home insurance. Im looking forward to having these agents and a local company over who I have now.

They've been my go-to insurance agents for a lot of years and have always treated me well. I even had to make a tree-limb-on-car claim about a month after a weather-related total claim. They didn't even bat an eye. Adjuster came out the next day and I had a check cut immediately. Neither were my fault and my rates were unaffected. Super responsive staff as well. It's been a pleasure!
