This insurance company makes me feel like am family. I have direct access to my agent Ken who always answers his phone or calls back within a very short time. He treats me with curtesy, kindness and gives me all the time I need to get my issues resolved and provides me with the best value for my money. I can't think of a better place and agent to trust my home and auto insurance with. I appreciate you so much, thank you for being my insurance family.

I have emailed them concerning a late fee charge, bill is due on the 12th I paid on the 16th and got charged $10.00 late fee only 4 days seriously? This is not the 1st time, last time I was 3 days late and was charged, what is your grace period none?? Would be nice if I got an email back.

What a great company!! Their prices are very good but their customer service is top notch!! So easy to get a hold of them for questions and they call you back when they say they will. We started with one policy a couple of years ago but now we have four different coverages with them.
