We've been with American Insurance / Erie for over 10 years. Never used our policy untill 2022. My 2016 Ford Explorer had over 11k in damage and this was its 3rd accident. Erie wouldnt total it, they wanted to put used parts from other totaled vehicles on it. Then after 45 days cut off my wifes rental car. Very disappointed. Their adjuster Adam was very ignorant and shady with our vehicle. Do Not Use Erie.

Great Business! They were able to save my wife and I several hundreds of dollars while increasing our coverage limits!. Enjoyed being able to call and speak to a person and not a phone tree. Highly recommend.

They are the worst buisness ive ever seen. If u need insurence of any type call kristie from allstate. She does amazing job. My wofe called here for a quote, they then turned said quote into a policy which we never asked for nor signed for. They started billing us and sent it to a collection agency. They now refuse to fix it an remove it all. They wont even take my phone calls any longer. The best part was when the boss gave the excuse of, u should have called an said you didnt want it. Im sorry but it was quote. That was it. They are grossly unprofessional. They dont see you as a valued customer no matter how long u have been woth then. So save money and go somewhere else.

Excellent! Switched from geico. Same exact policy on home for half, literally half the price!
