Kirk Rohman American Family Insurance

I started with Ashley but Now Amanda has taken my account seems like I here from her every 3or 4 months. Along with the great service when something goes wrong, they also saved me 1900.00 by leaving my old Insurance company. So give them a try some great people in this office!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't like to leave reviews like this, but when I was dropped from American Family Insurance for my cars I received no phone just a certified letter. That was in April. I assumed since my cars were being dropped from their insurance company that they would also cancel the insurance I had on that policy. I found insurance through another company and it was $200 cheaper per month than what I had been paying with American Family. In May I was charged for the other insurance that I thought was canceled. I called them to talk to them about it. Just got a voicemail. On the Voice mail I told them I wanted a call back and to cancel the other insurance since they dropped for the main reason I had insurance through them. I never got a call back from the office. It is now June and I am being charg

UPDATE: Still with Kirk. Still great service. 5 years later. Great personal service! They send hand written thank you cards and congratulations cards. Sent me one recently for my engagement! Honestly prior to being with Kirk's agency I was shopping around every 3-6 months but they have done such a great job with customer service and going the extra mile with personal touches that I haven't even thought about shopping around. Been with them 3+ years and am still a happy client!

I have had good insurance agents before, but Kirk is GREAT. Not only was AmFam able to cut my rates, but the service has been excellent. Unfortunately, we have had several claims on both home and auto over the years, and Kirk and his staff have been responsive, friendly, and effective in helping with the claims (BTW, the claims handling has been great too). We hit a deer out of town on a Sunday and Kirk helped open our claim to get it moving - on that same Sunday. I never thought I would recommend an insurance agent, but I recommend Kirk to all my friends.

They are committed to communicating with you individually, showing that they actual care about you as a client. I have had the pleasure to be working with Emily, she is amazing! She had taken the time to cater to the needs of my household, while finding the best rate possible for me. She continuously keeps me informed with any changes or offers I may have missed. I have saved a ton of money on my car insurance since working with this agency. Highly recommend them!
