Untrustworthy and unprofessional experience. We called for an updated quote, and because Brianna was unavailable, Crystal—the office manager—gave us the information over the phone. She clearly stated that our premium would not change based on the updates we were considering. We trusted her and moved forward with the policy changes. An hour later, Brianna sent an updated quote that was more than double the original premium. Naturally, we called back to speak with Crystal because we were surprised and upset. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, her response was, “You shouldn’t make a business decision without documentation.” We reminded her that we acted based on her word.
