We had someone covered by this insurance agent hit our car and admit fault. Called the office to start the claim and they tried to get me to run the accident through my insurance first. I know the game and told them no. Then I was referred to the State Farm main office and they handled the claim well. I would never waste my time with an insurance agent who isn't willing to do the work I pay them to do. Save yourself a dollar and call State Farm direct.
