The first person I interacted with said they didn't have any maps of the Niagara area. Luckily, another customer asked someone else for a Buffalo map, which I also needed. I was thrilled to discover that the Buffalo map included Niagara! The office is upstairs so I think that you would be out of luck if mobility challenged. Parking is a bit tight.

Called after hours for towing service following a traffic accident. I received an immediate response and the tow truck arrived at my location within 15 minutes. Well above my expectations. Thankful for my AAA membership.

Dispatch could not figure out where I was. I had to call back several times and it took 2 1/2 hours for tech to finally arrive. Was on a major highway. Middle of the day, perfect weather. Not good.

Love AAA always feel better knowing we will be safe while traveling. Plus note they offer discounts on hotels, amusement parks, zoo attractionsand much more. Highly Recommended.

Well... they were on another call so if I wouldn't have had my daughter come pick me up ... I would have waited 4 hrs for help. So I wasn't very happy needless to say.
