My cards were not working as they should and Gwen tried with all my zip codes so very patiently. She is caring and very patient in helping. Absolutely will recommend their service because of her. DO NOT USE THEM. Dropped me almost immediately after providing photos of my house through self guided inspection. House is a livable fixer upper. They wanted me to fix almost everything right away and then said my dog was not mentioned. I did mention it with my original policy. Worst customer service imaginable. What an absolute joke. Would rate a 0/5 if I could.

Yes, having been a customer of Kingstone since October, 2024, I heartily attest to the wonderful customer service, ease of access to staff, pleasant and helpful staff - specifically Gwen, who most lately answered my phone call (I am not computer competent at all), was so very empathetic and understanding and professional in her response. I was completely and immediately released from stress and anxiety over what she made a non-issue in a matter of a three minute conversation. Thank you Gwen!

How did they do? Not so good! constant, convoluted payment issues along with threats of cancellation - all under the process where they can take the money out of my account when they want - too much AI and not enough HI???????
