Deborah Iapoce: Allstate Insurance

I hadn't seen my agent in person as I had been taking care of my account on-line, but I recently had to call with questions & possible changes to my account, and was contacted with all the answers I needed ! Deborah is very knowledgeable in auto & home insurance, took the time to have a great conversation over the phone with me and went out of her way to accommodate my needs in a time when you cannot normally meet in the office/walk-in visit. In times like these (2020!), I value being able to talk to a human voice (not a confusing automated system) and customer service is very important to me. I highly recommend Deborah Iapoce and Allstate based on the many years I have been a customer and my recent transactions with them. Thank you and keep up the good work !

I am not local to Kingston, NY but I do have Allstate insurance in Rhode Island. I did however buy a vehicle in Kingston, NY and ran into difficulties at the NY DMV. I stopped into the Kingston Allstate office near the DMV and was assisted by Ms. Deborah Iapoce. I cannot sing her praise enough for everything she did for me! She went above and beyond to work with and explain things to my agent back in RI. I wish she was my agent and Allstate is lucky to have her! She was excellent to work with!
