This is a very long due review, I should have done it years ago. Thank Zach for always taking such great care of us. We cannot thank you enough. We've been with Marcus Insurance for years now, have been through accidents, total losses, trading vehicles and a teenage driver. Our daughter is now an adult in her mid twenties, and we are still with Marcus Insurance. This is the best place with the best people....YES PEOPLE, you actually get t speak with someone, if they miss your call and you leave a message they will call back very shortly. They promptly reply to your emails, and believe me, they will always get back to you in a very short time. I recently switched my business insurance over to Marcus Insurance after being with my previous insurance company for over 10+ years. Mitch is ON-POINT, he offers incredible customer service, and stellar rates. I was given new rates the same day of my initial call to him! He answered all of my questions unbelievably fast and of course being a business owner the bottom line is cost...I saved over $5,000 with switching over to Marcus Insurance!!! Very thankful for the awesome customer service, and support I receive from the Marcus Agency. I've been a customer for a few years, and it's been great the whole time.
