I have been working with Ben and Kristy for a very long time now and have always enjoyed having them as my agents! They have always treated me like family and been upfront and honest about any policies I have with there office. After being with SF for so many years my rate never went down even after driving safely for years upon years. I never missed or was ever late making payments. Every 6 months my rate increased NEVER decreased. I spoke to Ben about this situation and he compared car insurance to food. That right there was the reason I left them. After paying 300 plus every month for years for absolutely nothing well according to them state or mind he compared something you need to survive to something you don't need at all.
