We’ve been using Killingsworth Insurance for the past few months and have been extremely impressed with their fast, efficient communication and overall service. Brendan was especially helpful in setting up our new commercial auto policy—he made the process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I thought that I had copies of all my required insurance policies - policies for home insurance...wind insurance...flood insurance. Then, I learn that flood insurance with Citizens will be canceled unless I can prove that I have it and it is valid. Citizens didn't answer the phone when I called them to verify the policy, but after more digging, I saw that the local agency is Killingsworth. I am so thankful that Killingsworth is involved because they are always so efficient and follow up with people.
