This review is about Miss Lisa who has top notch customer service skills. I do not personally know her, however the few times we have spoken over the phone she has been more than helpful, always honest, and so personable. Thanks for always going the extra mile!

Dave has been my insurance agent for close to 30 years...but his "secret wepon" is Judy. She takes personal service to the next level. Always through and easy to talk to. After all these years...they both are like family.

Fantastic crew David Shrader’s office is awesome. Ask for Judith. She has helped me with my insurance since I first got licensed at 16. If you are local to Brooksville or are in a near town this is the spot to get your insurance!

Lisa helped me and we had a few hiccups along the way on the DMV part and tag office part. She handled everything so well and made adjusts with me easily. Highly recommend this office for your insurance needs

They were very rude and not helpful, I have been with statefarm for over 10yrs in 2 different states so I was referred by the main office in Georgia to them. Luckily I found a much better and more helpful team that took wonderful care of what I needed. I would definitely Not recommend this office at all.
