Absolute worst experience possible. Wish I could give zero stars. If you call the corporate office or the local office, no one knows what’s going on. You will get different answers from different agents. I was told I could cancel one of my vehicle’s insurance policies 2 days prior to the insurance auto-drafting from my account to avoid the deduction, that was not accurate. I called back and was told I would be refunded. Did not get a refund and was told someone gave me inaccurate info again. I was then told it would credit towards the rest of my premium even though the remaining premium on the one vehicle left insured at Alfa was much less than the vehicle I removed. The credit should have left me with no payment for two months. When I confirmed the new amount being drafted from my account
