I worked with Allison for over 6 months for my own personal quotes but also for quotes on potential properties I was thinking of purchasing. She was amazing and never minded doing all the research for me and also helped explain all the variables and what all the coverage meant. I’ve also called the office when she was out and no one ever hesitated to help me. I’m so happy to say that fo the first time in my life, getting insurance isn’t a total pain lol.

I was having much difficulty in acquiring an insurance policy for my automobiles until I surreptitiously came into acquaintance with a fine Charlestonian gentleman named Charles. He was integral in adequately covering my vehicles. Charles is a staunch professional who wants what is best for those he serves. What a wholesome and selfless individual.

After dealing with Kevin Shealy directly after years of back and forth with his agents it is very clear they dont communicate, or seem to care about doing the right thing. Make sure everything is documented and copied to you. Doesn't matter if you've jumped through all the hoops they ask you to or not, once they have your money they consider their job done. 3yrs waiting on a deductible return for a no fault accident with supporting police report. 3yrs paying for an additional driver on my policy despite providing documentation multiple times proving driver was insured under their own policy. Everything is out of their hands and simply policy. You are NOT in good hands with this branch of all state. It is very clear looking at other one star reviews they are not on your side.

Charles was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I got the coverage I needed! I am very happy with my policy, and the price! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Charleston area.
