I had an outstanding experience with State Farm thanks to Giselle. She went above and beyond helping me with both my auto and home insurance, making sure I understood all my options and ultimately guiding me toward what truly works best for my needs — not just what looked good on paper. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me the right coverage. Also, shoutout to Kevin Hayward for hiring such a great team member. It’s clear that quality service is a priority here. Highly recommend working with them if you want honest advice and excellent customer service!

I am able to call Hayward agency for help. I chose them over 6 yrars ago based on customer service & through Covid, my failing vision , aging, etc, i have been able to get help over the phone. Brooke has been very helpful in making the changes i need & giving me information.

I have been with Kevin's office for several years now. They have always checked in to make sure my needs are met. This last year we had to use our auto insurance. Patrice helped with the paperwork for the claim and made the process so simple. We had to add on a vehicle and worked with Kaity. She was patient with me and walked me through the options and made sure i understood how my policy worked. Can not say enough good about the great people in this office! Truly are my good neighbors.
