Went to this office for their complimentary notary service. The staff were professional and friendly! I expected them to make a sales pitch because in my mind there was going to be a “catch” to this free service. To my surprise, Akacia simply chatted with us while we signed forms and even offered refreshments upon completion. I don’t live in Walterboro and have good insurance, but they left such a great impression on me that if I ever need insurance, I will call them!! Thank you all so much!

The previous owner of my home suggested I stay with this company. I did, then after nearly 3 years I ask my mortgage company, why my premium has gone up. My insured increased over $400. I have never claimed, previous owner never claimed, and id received NO correspondence regarding this. I called the office to complain, I was clearly on loudspeaker, and could hear them all giggling like school girls, I commented about the claim I called about was never started. So they retaliated. I will be filing a complaint woth COI. Do not use, there's better and cheaper insurance out there Please note everything in the reply, is absolute, outright LIES. I absolutely am amazed at the experience I’ve had with State Farm and this office in the short 6 weeks I’ve been dealing with them. Kesia has called me personally to do a check up on how I’m doing, she went over all of my coverage with me in detail, I’ve never had another agency do that. I made a double payment somehow and Brianna was right of top of getting my refund, she stayed in contact and checked to make sure I got it. I even got a birthday card hand signed by all of the team!! Truly like a GREAT neighbor! They can even insure my wedding! Will be a long time customer 💜

I was connected with Insurance Agent Kacey Chase. She is absolutely amazing! Works at a fast pace, yet still provided amazing service! Was able to get me the best deal in town for my automobile insurance. I loved working with her, she was very professional yet friendly, I felt so comfortable like I had known her for years! Will most definitely be transferring all my other vehicles over to her.
