When you’re moving, you can forget a lot of things. Getting proper insurance is one of those things. I have to say that Victoria Lopez is the kind of person that you want to run into when the chips are down. She makes you feel comfortable, knowing that she hasn’t forgotten anything and that she’s very thorough at what she does. If I still had one of my companies that serviced the public, I would not hesitate to steal her from Jennifer. Sorry, Jennifer.

She gives great up-to-date information on my policy and takes the time to explain changes, if any. I also appreciate that they contact their customers when policies are up for renewal.
