Totally screws you on roof replacement!!!!! My dad paid his premium NEVER LATE even for a lil over 22 years with NO claims. His roof needed repaired and he is paying more out of pocket than the insurance company is and we been waiting since JUNE to get it and FINALLY TODAY they showed up to do it, someone is pocketing some cash somewhere!!! You have such a great relationship with my Dad, that you are now telling him that you won't be providing him insurance anymore because you are not serving the state of Indiana any longer and he has to find other insurance?!?
